About the house

Thanks for taking interest in the house in Tennessee. While our guest, please feel free to help yourself to anything in the house. You will find it pretty well stocked, and it is not necessary for you to bring basics such as salt, pepper, dishes or even TP.

It is best to look through the entire house before shopping. Remember that this is a semi-dry county. You can only purchase beer and malt coolers (some restaurants do serve liquor and wine).

The house has 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a queen, a double and two single beds. The smaller bedroom has one double bed. There are also two couches in the family room. There is a huge kitchen, dining area, family room, a wet bar and a strangely large bathroom. There is an attached garage with remote, a fireplace, 2 adult bikes, barbecue, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, radio, coffee maker, TV, DVD player, PlayStation 1, and several games and movies. There is also a fire pit in the rear yard. If you plan on using the fire pit, please have the hose (stored in the garage), handy.

We are able to rent the house out at such a low price as we do not pay for housekeeping costs. Therefore it is very important to us and other guests that the house is left in the exact same condition it was found.
